  I avoid going into this bank branch. When I walk in the door they never smile or say "good morning". Even when you get to the teller they act as if you are there to rob the bank. A couple of years ago I walked in to open a savings account. I was told I could not because of a closed checking account 10 years ago. I explained that it was me who closed the account and not the bank. I was told it does not matter. A week later I went on line and opened the account with no problems. Then I wonder , is it me ?? I am always professional having worked in government for 41 years. I have been to other banks in the area where people are really friendly and make me feel welcomed. So this is not my imagination.
